I have spent quite a bit of time editing out my closet over the past few weeks (have you seen my Poshmark closet?) and making some major life changes. So it is quite ironic that today I sit in my bed (my new home office), celebrate my first day of funemployement + share a fun shoot I did last week with BeGood.
BeGood is a company based on the ‘French Closet.’ A closet that is filled with seasonal basic-timeless designs that never go out of style. However, BeGood has more to offer than just your average basics, their collection is filled with smart, planet-friendly fashion for their modern maverick customer.
While my new lifestyle does not necessarily cater to this suit anymore, the pieces individually still do. What I love most about the BeGood, Fillmore tank is its structure and design. With just the right amount of shoulder coverage (no bra strap issues here) + a hem that can support any kind of bottom this piece ready for anything from the boardroom to the bar!

A fashion turban is always a good idea in my book, so when blogger babe Caity of Moi Contre La Vie reached out to me to collaborate on a project with Spanish design house, Saako I was immediately in. I have had the pleasure of viewing the Saako designs at a couple of events around the city and could not wait to get my hands on some of their amazing pieces. Not only is everything from their collection handmade in Spain using recycled materials, every piece is unique. Caity and I had so much fun styling these effortlessly cool pieces and we even threw Benji into the shoot, since the Saako tote was the perfect size for Mr. B.

There is nothing I love more than a week night party. Why is it that the older I get the more I like to party happy hour style + then go home and get a good nights sleep? Well if anyone knows how to throw a solid party in San Francisco it is Gilt City…so I am beyond excited to join them Thursday night at Beauty Company (my go to spray tan spot) for a night of prosecco, skin care tips and spa treatments! Want to join me? Just comment below and tell me why you would be the ultimate +1…and +1 one I mean photographer! Someone has gotta take my pics!
Here is my look from Gilt City’s last event.
Photo credit goes to my +1, Allen from Sartorial Spotlight. Not only did I walk away with some major steals (hello Valentino handbag), I also rocked this amazing ASOS jumpsuit for what the 3rd or 4th time since it arrived at my door! It is a closet staple ladies!
A weekend in wine country calls for good friends, good food + good hats!
I recently had the pleasure of spending sometime with the Goorin Bros team at their North Beach shop in San Francisco. The Goorin Bros team took us through the history of Goorin + let me play dress up in their shop. I have been a huge fan of Goorin Bros. hats (featured here, here + here) and loved spending time with their custom hat maker + shop keeper. I instantly fell in love with their everyday straw collection, which includes hats that are PACKABLE! Say goodbye to your big old hat boxes + join me in wine country!
Look #4
The Poolside has been a hat favorite for this CRAZY hat lady + has almost made a daily appearance on my head. Here is it styled with YES, another Anthropologie dress, check out the full post here.
I hope you enjoyed all 4 looks + if you are ever in San Francisco be sure to stop by the North Beach shop, it is by far my favorite!
Fun Facts:
1. I’m Italian 2. I live in North Beach (the Little Italy of San Francisco) 3. I have never seen The Godfather 4. This outfit almost perfectly matches the walls of Gino + Carlo’s (one of my favorite bars in North Beach) 5. I really like to eat cannoli’s, especially after leaving Gino + Carlo’s!
