It has been over a week now since I returned home to San Francisco from the gorgeous Capella Hotel in Ixtapa, Mexico. As I sit here prepping for this weeks reported rain, I can only dream of the fabulous weather in Mexico and my days at the Capella.

We spent our time there enjoying the sun and celebrating Ms. Gena Marie’s upcoming wedding.

These celebrations included:

 A little champs

&

A little tequilla.

And then…things got dark and I flew across the restaurant in the most ridiculous fall of the century.

Next came the ice and the single Prabal Gurung x Target flat sandal.

So, after loosing my balance on my rusty old crutches and sliding across the restaurant, I decided that the only way to rectify the situation was to treat myself to the lobster and the fully loaded baked potato for dinner! I mean oversized crustaceans and carbs seem to always solve my problems so I thought this was the perfect solution!

Unfortunately this wasn’t the solve for my injured ankle and bruised ego, however being carried to room by the hotel staff did prevent me from any further falls (that night).
