Stack ‘Em Up

Sometimes I like to just lounge by the pool, drink a Modelo and wear all of  my jewelry at once. Don’t you?

The Power Peplum, Purple Hair + Alexis Bittar

There are a couple things in life that I absolutely love. A power peplum top, purple hair and anything + everything Alexis Bittar. I have been stalking this Anthropologie peplum top since LuckyFABB and when I saw it in the sale room at Anthro, I nearly lost my mind with excitement…until I couldn’t find the top in a small. 5 minutes later I spotted a medium petite in someones hands + the rest is history.

A couple of hours later I found myself rocking the peplum top (in a medium petite) in the mission. It took a day or two to really pop but my locks have a serious purple tone + I am obsessed. Is it sad that white wasn’t enough for me?

There is something about Alexis Bittar bling that makes me loose my mind. Each piece sparkles + makes the perfect statement. I suffer from small wrist syndrome and always have a challenging time finding bracelets that don’t fall off my wrist (white girl problems)…but this Alexis Bittar cuff squeezes my mini wrists in all the right ways.

We all have an overall memory. From the Tommy Hilfiger logo strap overalls in the Macy’s teen department to the sunflower embroidered shortalls at GapKids we have all rocked some funky overalls over the years.
Nearly 20 years later, who knew that overalls would make a serious comeback? Spotted all over the blogs and even at fashion week, overalls are a major trend this Spring. Will you be rocking overalls this season?
Check out some of my favorites below.

White On White With A Little Spice

This look is from a typical work day for me (head to toe Gap). I live in my Gap denim jacket (seen here + here) + Gap sexy boyfriend jeans. These are my ‘uniform,’ no think pieces. They always fit + they always feel good!
Since this look was so focused on basics + white I decided to spice it up with some major bling + a statement shoe. I just scored two classic YSL arty rings on Poshmark + can NOT stop wearing them. I have been a huge fan of this collection for years and was thrilled to score the two rings for under $100! For my shoe I went with this minty flat with a feminine bow. These are the perfect shoe to transition from spring to summer and practical for a work day running around the city!
