Oh, Outside Lands! What an amazing + exhausting experience. Only a 3 day music festival can wipe you out in a way like NO other. From Kanye to Tom Petty to Tiesto Outside Lands was a magical weekend. Day 1 was filled with so much excitement…so much that I decided to wear high heel fringed boots (I know Meagen, I know). Big mistake! Saturday morning I was ready for a 30 minute foot massage, not Day 2!
What I Wore:
Flannel: Sanctuary (c/o), Nevermind Tunic
Tank: Banana Republic, Timeless Tank
Skirt: Sanctuary (c/o), Editor Skirt
Boots: Gap (old), Shop new here + here.
Necklace: Baublebar, Chunky Gold Collar
Sunglasses: RayBan, ‘Original Aviator’ 58mm Aviators
Day 2 was a major struggle. I started the day with a TON of coffee + flat boots. Friday night was also quite chilly so I decided to fill up my backpack with extra layers. I also added in a new hat to hide my Day 1 festival hair. This hat ended up being a huge hit for the day. I am pretty sure at least 5 people tried it on + posed with it. This hat was extra special due to the fact that it hasn’t even hit store officially yet + my friends at Goorin Bros. North Beach sewed on a magical feather, turning this hat into the ultimate festival hat.
What I Wore:
Jacket: Sanctuary (c/o), Digi Camo Moto Jacket
Vest: Sanctuary (c/o), City Vegan Vest

Leggings: Sanctuary (c/o), Moto Legging

Day 3 was by far my favorite line up. From Flume to Cut Copy to Tiesto, the day was perfect. So perfect…that I forgot to take any solid pictures! Minus any photographic evidence I survived all 3 days!
Yesterday was a major day for Banana Republic. Not only did they launch their limited-edition collection with Roland Mouret, they also launched #TheNewBR. I have been following Banana Republic’s new creative director, Marissa Webb on Instagram over the past few weeks + her sneak peek styling of the new collection left me dying to check it out. Last night Banana Republic’s San Francisco flagship store hosted a ‘Room 7’ launch party. Walking into the event I had no idea what the heck ‘Room 7’ was, however I left the event delighted + dying to shop the new collection. Check out some event pictures from last night below as well some of my favorites from #TheNewBR.

This weekend I will be attending the Outside Lands music festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park with lifestyle brand Sanctuary. This is one of my favorite weekends in San Francisco because this festival is not just about the music: it is about the food, the fashion + the music! Outside Lands style, however is not the same as your average summer festival. The unpredictable San Francisco weather adds in a whole new element to festival styling. My best advice for looking fly at the festival is to LAYER. Fill your backpack with LAYERS: a scarf, a jacket, a long sleeve T + tights!
This Digi Camo Jacket will be in heavy rotation this weekend. The digi print gives it just the right element of cool and it is heavy enough to keep me warm without adding in too much bulk + filling up my backpack.
The relaxed silhouette of the Savannah Freestyle Top is the perfect piece for Outside Lands. The airy print screams festival style + the shape allows for easy layering when the fog rolls in->insert a chunky scarf + vest.
Comfortable shoes are a must. Outside Lands spans all across Golden Gate Park. From the Polo Fields to Speedway Meadow to Lindley Meadow to the beer line, comfortable shoes are a must. When finishing off my festival style with shoes I always reach for my (ever growing) boot collection from local brand Sutro. These shoes were made for festivals: comfortable, cool + effortlessly chic.
Check out some more of my Outside Lands staples below + be sure to follow me this weekend as I takeover the Sanctuary Clothing instagram account from Friday-Sunday for all things #SanctuaryStylesOutsidelands.
Here are some MORE of my favorite shots from my shoot with JennyMay + Inspirare. This sexy lace dress from Nami was my favorite to accessorize. The sexy lace bodice of the dress photographed beautifully next to the original brick walls in the Inspirare office.
This dress by Lila and June was a perfect fit to style with a few of my favorite vintage Chanel pieces. The simple shirtdress silhouette gave me quite a bit of creative freedom, which I loved. This dress was by far the most versatile in the collection. This piece could easily go from day-to-night with just a quick change of the shoes + some major hair fluffing by Evora.
The last dress was by far the sexiest + most challenging to get my curvy booty in. This was the last look we shot for the day + the most dangerous! Sneaking onto the Caltrain tracks for these shots started out fun…until we got chased off!
