This month I will be hosting 2 events on the Saks Fifth Avenue contemporary 5th floor in San Francisco. These events will not only celebrate the new fall collections on the 5th floor they will also feature fun + inspiring DIY tutorials by yours truly.
Last Saturday I had the pleasure of styling some of the latest looks from the 5th floor with Denim Brand Ambassador, Allen. From destructed high waisted skinny jeans to boyfriend jeans the contemporary floor can cover all of your denim needs from head-to-toe. Check out some of my favorite looks below:
Join me on Saturday 9/20 + Saturday 9/27 from 2pm to 5pm to shop these looks + participate in our DIY activities. Throughout the entire month Saks will also be accepting donations of gently worn denim to benefit Family House. In return for your donation you will receive an exclusive gift from Saks Fifth Avenue.
Are culottes really happening? I am still a little unsure as to whether or not I am ready to buy into this trend 100%, but when I spotted this jumpsuit on ASOS on mega sale I decided to give it a shot. Paired with white oxfords from my favorite San Francisco shoe brand, SUTRO I am ready to white out black out this Friday. What are your thoughts on the ever growing culotte trend? Will you be wearing them this Fall?
Is it fall or is it summer? Either way my boots are ready for fall + I can not wait to style these thigh high boots from Jeffrey Campbell again + again. Will you be styling thigh high boots for fall too?
While every other fashionista is in New York right now, I spent my weekend in San Jose. Who needs the white tents at Bryant Park when you have SJFW on Santana Row? Sporting my Cameo dress via Crossroads Trading Co. + Valentino maryjanes via T.J. Maxx I was a tried-and-true blogger on a budget!
Passed rosé you say? Ash will take two.
In addition to a rosé, Santana Row showcased their best designers on the runway for a fall preview ‘On the Row.’
I have been dreaming of these Donald J. Pliner boots since the moment I saw them come down the runway. I am obsessed with thigh high boots for fall + these have the perfect heel.
The Anne Fontaine crisp white blouses served an elevated classic style that left me dying for some lady ties.
The H&M collection gets me every time. If 90% of the Studio Fall/Winter collection wasn’t sold out it would be in my closet.
Chunky knits + plaid from Free People prepped me for cold weather…
Fall has arrived (sort of) here in the Bay Area + I took advantage of the first signs of Autumn to wear another dress from local designer Jenny Cheng (check out the first post here). This dress is perfectly playful + easy to layer. The clean silhouette + unexpected geometric print allow for this dress to go from day to night with ease. For this look I decided to highlight my ability to layer. San Francisco style is all about layering + since I was meeting photographer Eddie Hernandez at the Embarcadero center at just about 6pm I knew that the fog was ready to roll in + layers were a MUST.
