Sweaty Betty just opened up shop in San Francisco and their killer designs are taking San Francisco by storm. From Barry’s Bootcamp to brunch you can find me wearing Sweaty Betty pretty much every day.
Follow along as I review some of my favorite pieces.

According to the team over at Sweaty Betty, these are the ‘I can do anything’ leggings. Designed for over seven sports in super stretchy fabric designed to flatter where it matters. The mid-rise waist and new wet look and mesh panels have led me to want to wear them for everything, exercise optional. OK, OK I’ve worn them once to a Barry’s Bootcamp class and multiple times to brunch – either way, they are well made, flattering and in full rotation in my fall wardrobe.

The Sweaty Betty Running Cap of my dreams:
I have spent a great deal of time looking for the perfect cap for running, so trust me when I say, this is the running cap of my dreams. This sleek running cap doubles as a timeless accessory and provides a flattering way to keep the sun from your face. The elasticated strap ensures a comfortable, adjustable fit and allows me to run without fear of it falling off. I found pretty early on in my training that I had to wear a cap and training in sunglasses just didn’t work for me – insert the running cap of my dreams.

Do I rule the studio in this high stretch medium support sports bra? Hell Ya! The racerback style with supportive under band and ribbed lining help me to rule the studio in style. I love the ombre pattern and it pairs perfectly with the mesh leggings.

Misfit’s leather and metallic sports bands use sensors to help monitor and inspire change. Some of my favorite benefits are sleep tracking and steps. This fitness tracker is also stylish enough you’ll want to wear one at all times and smart enough that you can.
