Now, I’ve had quite a few facials in my day and I can tell you with confidence that I know the difference between a good facial and a bad facial.

My love for all things BRAVO recently let me to Heather Gay’s spa, Beauty Lab + Laser in Salt Lake City, Utah. I should have known better than to have booked a $150 30-minute hydrafacial at a spot known for a mini lip plump owned by a BRAVOLEB, but I did it for the gram, and wow wow wow. This was NOT a good facial. I’d actually compare the entire experience to the haircut I got when I was 10 at Supercuts. The facial was fast, efficient, and in a room with FOUR other clients. I kept my clothes on, there was no massage (I always need a massage) and I was out of there in 30 minutes flat.
