Hey Ladies,
Unless you are new over here we all know that I am the ultimate Beauty School Dropout. I have an interest in beauty, I love a good beauty youtube video, but I honestly have no idea what the heck I’m doing 90% of the time when it comes to putting on my face…I mean my current nickname is “The Tinman” because of my issue with all highlighters.
With that in mind, I decided to share the ultimate gift guide for the anyone who loves beauty (like me) but needs the best products on their shelves to support their lack of skills.
So I present to you – Beauty School Dropout – The Gift Guide Edition:
Glossier
This cult favorite beauty brand should be on everyone’s wishlist. With a vision of skin first. Makeup second. The team behind Glossier have created a collection of affordable products that are easy to use (no YouTube video required.
Fresh
Even if you are beauty school drop out like me, you still need a little pure beauty in your life. Fresh products serve up a fusion of effective natural ingredients, time-honored rituals, and modern science offers a sensorial experience with undeniable results that is completely unique to Fresh.
The Fresh holiday gifts set are AMAZING this year and I stocked up on the Sweet & Sporty Lip Set for my sister and cousin. This $39 lip kit will nourish, tint and protect wherever you are. I highly suggest snagging it here.
Kybella
Yes, this may be a bit of an extreme holiday gift, but I am a recent Kybella patient and could not be more pleased with my results. Say goodbye to your double chin and failed attempts at contouring your jawline with me!
If you are in the Bay Area I highly recommend Lieberman & Parikh in Palo Alto and use the code: KatWalkKybella.
Burke Williams
With ten locations throughout California, a gift card to this luxury day spa is the ultimate gift. Burke Williams spas offer services from massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, body wraps, and more. I’ve been to three out of the ten locations and I can attest to the fact that each spa is equally fabulous.

Loving all of this need to look more into Kybella or find something similar which wouldn’t hurt.
It hurts…but it works! Feel free to ask me any questions about it! I’m working on a full post on it!

I live for both of them too!
Okey i will bookmark this for my girlfriend. She will be pleased 🙂
These sound like great products. I don’t really wear a lot of of make up, but my daughter knows about it. I wouldn’t want lip injections though. Some people look like they’ve just lost a boxing match and it looks frightening to me.
These are some great products… I use fresh moisturizer…. I wanna try the foam dry shampoo this time
PLAY! by SEPHORA would be the perfect subscription box for me. I love to try new makeup. It would be a great gift idea for my Daughter as well.
I love PLAY! by Sephora, it’s cute and not expensive at all, which is always a plus!
This is such an awesome roundup! So many new products I want to try.

The only thing my eighteen year old wants for Christmas is a beauty package. Oh and skydiving. yeeikes.
I wish I knew about the Sephora box before that would be a great gift for my friend who loves makeup but since I know nothing about it I can’t shop it for her for a gift because I don’t what to get and this would be a good way to do it!!
I’ve never learned to apply highlighter correctly, lol. I could be a tinman too. I need to check into PLAY! by SEPHORA. I love beauty products.
Really want to try Glossier!!!
