What makes your Sweaty Betty collection great for different types of workouts?
They are the ultimate multitaskers—you can wear them to work out, to run errands, or to nap. This line is about “re-spinning” the way you think about activewear.
What’s your current fitness routine like?
Over the last few years, I’ve gotten into martial arts. It’s been a place where I’ve been able to go to find solace and where I’ve found strength. I’ve learned so many practices that have made me walk through my days with confidence knowing that I’m strong, powerful and that I can protect myself and my children. I felt so empowered by that.
Sweaty Betty is all about balance—what’s your favorite “healthy” food and what’s your favorite “indulgence?”
Cauliflower rice is my favorite healthy food. Many dishes I love have to be over rice, and cauliflower rice is the perfect remedy. My favorite indulgence foods are hot wings, and salt and vinegar potato chips!
