After spending nearly five days in NOLA I have learned a couple of things:
1. The weather is actually more unpredictable than SF. We have experienced weather from 81 degrees and humid to 39 degrees and raining!
2. The people and culture are amazing (and they can hear everything).
3. The food is phenomenal (but after a few days I am begging for my juicer and fresh vegetables).
4. REAL locals speak the yat dialect. Some of our favorite phrases are: Where Y’at or How are you, How’s your mom’n'em or How is your family and the very famous Who dat.
